Free delivery and installation are available for orders valued at SAR 5,000 or more within the following cities:

• Riyadh
• Dammam
• Khobar
• Qatif

For all other regions in Saudi Arabia, free delivery and installation are available for orders exceeding SAR 20,000 on non-discounted products. During promotional and discount periods, the invoice value must exceed SAR 30,000 to qualify for free delivery and installation.

Delivery and Installation Fees

• Delivery Fee: SAR 300 for orders below SAR 20,000 in other regions of the Kingdom, or below SAR 30,000 during promotional periods.
• Installation Fee: SAR 500 for orders below SAR 20,000 in other regions of the Kingdom, or below SAR 30,000 during promotional periods.

Delivery and Installation Schedule

After the purchase is completed, our Customer Service team will contact the customer within a maximum of 48 hours to arrange a delivery and installation appointment.

Estimated delivery and installation times:

• Regular periods: 10 to 15 business days.
• Promotional and sales periods: 15 to 25 business days.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is fully prepared and accessible prior to the scheduled delivery and installation date.

If a delivery appointment is confirmed and the customer fails to be available or the site is not ready upon arrival, the company reserves the right to:

• Reschedule the delivery and installation appointment.
• Apply additional delivery and installation charges as deemed appropriate.
• Charge the applicable fees if the customer cancels the appointment after the products have been loaded and dispatched.

General Terms

The company reserves the right to adjust delivery and installation schedules due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Customers will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
