Returns and Exchange Policy
Customers may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the E-Commerce Law, the store’s policy, and the following terms and conditions:
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products sold as “Last Piece” or display/showroom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products that have already been assembled or installed are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
• Bedding, mattresses, and accessories, including lamps, wall décor, paintings, comforters, curtains, and rugs, are not eligible for return or exchange after receipt.
• The company reserves the right to inspect returned products and verify compliance with the return and exchange conditions before approving any request.
The company reserves the right to verify reported defects and will repair or replace products with confirmed manufacturing defects at the discretion of the Maintenance Department.
Customers must collect their purchased products within a maximum period of one (1) month from the purchase date.
The company provides free storage for one (1) month. If storage exceeds thirty (30) days from the purchase date, the customer will be charged a storage fee equal to 5% of the invoice value for each additional month.
The company shall not be responsible for any damage to or shortage of products if the customer chooses to receive them without installation, nor for any installation work carried out thereafter.
The company shall not be responsible for any damage to or shortage of products if they are shipped or installed by a third party outside the company.
If a return request is approved in accordance with the above conditions, the refund amount will be transferred to the same account, entity, institution, or individual from whom the original payment was received, within fourteen (14) business days.
In the event that an invoice, quotation, or service is issued with incorrect pricing or information due to an error in product, service, or pricing data entry, the company reserves the right to:
• Contact the customer to explain the error and discuss the appropriate resolution; or
• Cancel the order and notify the customer accordingly.

The website currently serves as a product catalog only, and direct online purchasing is not available. Customers may request pricing information or inquire about products through the website, and a member of our sales team will contact them accordingly.
