Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns or exchanges are permitted within 24 hours from the date and time of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The invoice issue date must not exceed three (3) days.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Products sold as “Last Piece” or display items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange, even if they are still covered under warranty.
- Bedding, mattresses, and accessories (including table lamps, wall décor, artwork, duvets, curtains, and rugs) cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.
- Products that have already been installed cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- The full invoice amount must be paid within a maximum period of seven (7) days. If payment is not completed within this period, the invoice will be automatically canceled, and any paid amount will not be refunded.
- The company reserves the right to inspect any claimed defects and will repair or replace products with verified manufacturing defects at the discretion of the Maintenance Department.
- Customers must collect their purchased items within one (1) month from the purchase date.
- The company provides free storage for one (1) month. If storage exceeds 30 days from the purchase date, the customer will be charged a storage fee equal to 5% of the invoice value for each additional month. The company reserves the right to cancel the invoice without refund if the customer refuses to pay storage fees within seven (7) days from being notified.
- The company is not responsible for any damage or missing parts if the customer chooses to receive the products without installation. The company is also not responsible for any subsequent installation.
- The company is not responsible for any damage or missing parts if products are delivered or installed by a third party.
- If a return request meets all applicable conditions, the refund amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within ten (10) business days.
- Invoices issued through installment financing approved by a bank or financing company are not eligible for refunds. However, exchanges of equal value are permitted.
- If an invoice is issued through a financing entity and the selected products are discounted, any remaining balance will be retained as store credit for the customer to use within a maximum period of one (1) month.
- Approved refunds will only be transferred to the same company, institution, or individual account from which the original payment or transfer was made within ten (10) business days. If a transfer to a different account is requested, the applicant must provide an official signed and certified authorization letter. The company (Elite Vision Company) shall bear no responsibility in this regard.
- If an order, quotation, product, or service is issued with an incorrect price or inaccurate information due to an error in pricing or product/service details, the company reserves the right to either:
- Contact the customer to clarify the error and discuss available options, or
- Cancel the order and notify the customer accordingly.

The website currently operates as a product catalog only. Customers may submit price inquiries through the website, but direct online purchasing is not available at this time.
