Return and Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are permitted within 24 hours from the date and time of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- The invoice date must not exceed 3 days.
- Products must be in their original packaging and in the same original condition.
- Products sold as “last piece” from the showroom are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or show signs of wear, even if still under warranty, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Bedding items, mattresses, and accessories (e.g., lamps, wall decor, paintings, quilts, curtains, rugs) cannot be returned or exchanged after receipt.
- Products that have already been installed cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have manufacturing defects.
- The full invoice amount must be paid within a maximum of 7 days. If this period is exceeded, the invoice will be automatically canceled, and the amount will not be refunded.
- The company reserves the right to inspect defects and will repair or replace products with manufacturing defects at the discretion of the maintenance department.
- Customers must collect purchased items within a maximum of one month from the date of purchase.
- The company offers free storage for one month. If storage exceeds the 30-day period, the customer will incur a storage fee of 5% of the invoice value per month. The company reserves the right to cancel the invoice and retain the amount if the customer refuses to pay the storage fees within 7 days of being notified of the charges.
- The company is not responsible for any damage or missing items if the customer collects products without installation, nor for subsequent installation.
- The company is not responsible for any damage or missing items if products are shipped or installed by a third party outside the company.
- If a return is made under the stated conditions, the company will transfer the refund amount to a bank account within 10 working days.
- Customers who have made a purchase through installment agreements with a bank or financing company are not entitled to a refund but may exchange items of equivalent value.
- If an invoice is issued after approval by a financing entity and the selected products are discounted, the remaining balance will be retained for future use by the customer for up to one month.
- If a return is made under the above-stated conditions, the company will transfer the refund amount to the same account of the company, entity, or individual who made the payment or transfer within 10 working days. If the customer requests a transfer to another account, they must provide an official letter signed and certified by the concerned entity, without any liability on the company (Elite Vision Company).
- If an invoice is issued for a product, a quotation is provided, or a service is rendered and the price or information provided is incorrect due to an error in recording the correct price or product/service details, the company reserves the right to:
- Contact the customer to clarify the error and how to resolve it.
- Cancel the order and notify the customer of the cancellation.
