* The company provides maintenance for a period of five years on wood, rails, hinges and weights as much as possible without incurring the costs of spare parts.
* The company offers a two-year warranty from the date of receipt on any manufacturing defects.
* The company offers only one year warranty on electrical.
* The warranty includes fabrics, leather, hinges, hydraulics, rails, and sponge landing for the sofa.
* Warranty is void in the following cases:
* Misuse (breaking, exposure to sunlight, fabric tear, and any use contrary to the nature of using the product) or any natural disasters, God forbid.
*The company offers free maintenance for damages covered by the warranty.
* In the event that the maintenance is out of warranty, the value is calculated on the customer and the customer has the right to know the prices before ordering and pay the value in case of approval before starting work.
Return and exchange policy
Return or exchange is allowed within 24 hours from the date and time of receipt, according to the following conditions:
* The customer has the right to exchange and refund the amount of the invoice in case he did not receive the products and if the products were not sold from the exhibition as the last piece, within 3 days from the date of issuing the invoice.
* The products should be wrapped in the original packaging and in the same original condition.
* Products must not have been damaged as a result of misuse or showed signs of wear, even if they are still covered by the warranty.
* Mattresses and mattresses that have been taken out of their packages may not be returned or exchanged.
*It is not permissible to return or exchange products that have already been installed, unless there are manufacturing defects.
*The full amount of the invoice must be paid within a maximum period of 7 days, and in case this period is exceeded, the invoice will be automatically canceled.
* The company reserves the right to check for defects and will repair or replace products that have a manufacturing defect at the discretion of the maintenance department.
*The customer has the right to receive the purchased items within a maximum period of one month from the date of purchase.
* The company provides a free one-month storage service in case the storage exceeds the given period, which is 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer shall pay a fee of 5% of the invoice value for each storage month.
* The company is not responsible for any damage or deficiencies in the products in the event that the customer received them without installation, and the company is not responsible for the subsequent installation.
* The company is not responsible for any damage or deficiencies in the products if they were shipped and installed by a party outside the company.
* In the event that the return process is carried out according to the announced conditions, the company will transfer the required amount to a bank account within 10 working days.
Delivery and installation policy
* Free delivery and installation for each of the following cities (when you purchase a value of 5000 riyals and more, and not more than 200 km from the vicinity of the cities where the company’s branches are located)

* Delivery and installation time is from 10 to 15 days on regular days and from 15 to 25 days on sale days.
